Excerpts from letters written by Collis Potter Huntington, American railway magnate to David D. Colton (1831-1878), California businessman and financial director of the Central Pacific Railway. Huntington one of the \"BIG FOUR\" pushing for the western expansion of the transcontinental railroad system. The letter extracts are from 1875-1977 and are presented to show some of the shenanigans of the principals of the C.P. and politicians and specifically \"HUNTINGTON\'S PRIVATE OPINION OF SENATORS AND REPRESENTATIVES\". The booklet has 12 pages, paper covers; stapled binding. It has wear; crease on lower right corner; toning on covers; pages are intact but somewhat loose in the staples.
