Charles H Carpenter was a Fine photographer that also was affiliated with the Chicago field Museum for many years. This is one of his original, Sepia toned photos with his signature drab Grey matte, origina as well. This was printed app. 1910. It comes with a stunning Art nouveau frame. Original gold leaf. Unrestored. The picture is placed inside a hand-made matt just for protection. It needs to be professionally matted, or most hobbyists can easily do it.

The photo itself is in good condition. It has a noticeable blemish top, right. A few imperfections throughout. I would say it's in good condition considering it's age and fragility..

The photo depicts a young, proud girl brave. Bow and arrow in hand! This is a fantastic! image and modesty priced.
