Outstandinghand painted porcelain statue, by Karl Richard Klemm, a German artist,1852-1916. This is a pensive depiction of a young Victorian man and woman, invibrant colors, and accented in gold gilt. The young couple sits on a stonewall, and he leans into her to gaze at two love birds touching beaks below themon the ground. They are both dressed in romantic Victorian style, and she holdsa gold handled basket of freshly picked flowers. It measures 9” long, 11.75”high and, 5.25” wide. It is marked in gold on the bottom, it reads, “Dresden,German, and, RK with a gold crown above it. There are two small chipped petals,shown in last photos. Thank you for your consideration.
