This is an incredible find and a true piece of history.
This is a Mexican vest from Disneyland's Mexican village in Frontierland. The Mexican Village ran from 1957 to 1964 and was a super popular area. I believe there are still remnants of the Mexican Village at disneyland.
This incredibly rare vest was made in Mexico specifically for Disneyland. My guess is they were all very unique and different that this is the only one of this type that still exists.
In 1955 people were smaller and this would have been considered a medium now it's probably considered more of a small/medium.
The condition is absolutely incredible for something from the 1950s, something that is close to 70 years old. The color is still vibrant and the condition absolutely incredible. This was clearly bought as a souvenir and kept as a souvenir and not worn.
It is made of wool and has very interesting buttons to close the vest. Domestic shipping will be $13 USPS priority with delivery confirmation. All overseas will be $45.....
