Several years ago I decided to share my creation with others who had the same problem I did - HOW DO I DISPLAY ALL THIS WITHOUT TAKING UP AN ENTIRE ROOM? Thus the instructions/pattern was created over 10 YEARS AGO NOW.

I have taken the dozens of hours/years spent perfecting mydesign (size/shape/color and how-to make the best display) and condensed it into 5-6 pages of step-by-step instructions, along with illustrations for reference. I will even email you additional pictures of how to set it up once you have it all cut out and painted. All I need is an email address and I will send it all to you as soon as payment and email address is received.THIS IS A GREAT WEEKEND PROJECT FOR YOU DO-IT-YOURSELFERS or you can hire a basic handyman to build it for you.

The actual tree stands about 6 feet tall (without a house on it) and it is only 48 inches wide at its lowest shelf. You could even modify the measurements and make it a slimmer tree if you want.ALL SHELVES ARE SECURELY ATTACHED TO EACH OTHER.It holds so many houses/accessories, but takes up so little space in a room. And because it's round, it is almost completely visible from all sides (but no it does not rotate). I've has as many as 52 houses on mine and hundreds of accessories and I could easily add more houses on my lower shelves at that time. For reference I collected Dept. 56 Dickens Village.

This will be the most worthwhile money you ever spent on your village. Depending on wood costs in your area this can be made for about the cost of one special house!! I have many happy customers who have shared their creations with me so feel free to take liberties with it!!

TO SHOW YOU HOW PRACTICAL THIS SET-UP IS, ALL HOUSES ARE LIGHTED AND FOR THE MOST PART YOU CAN'T SEE THE CORDS. I EVEN PURCHASED A DIGITAL TIMER AND IT TURNS ITSELF ON AND OFF!! AND THE BEST PART -IT CAN BE COMPLETELY DISASSEMBLED AND STORED FLAT!! SORRY, NO IT DOES NOT ROTATE BUT CREATIVE PEOPLE CAN PROBABLY FIGURE THAT ONE OUT (and some have).

You can paint this black and use it for Halloween villages, use grass cloth instead of a snow blanket and use for Spring displays, showcase your Snowbabies or Snowbunnies and any other collectible for that matter. I've even had people put trains on it going around the shelves! It can be used for any collectible from cars to bears to Hummels.

BUT THE BEST PART OF ALL IS YOU WILL BE ABLE TO SAY THAT YOU MADE IT YOURSELF. YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS WILL BE SO AMAZED.
