Henry Disston & Sons 26in 8 point Hand Saw | Nice Etching & Medallion | FREE S & HOverall nice saw that has had an amateur, basic cleaning. This is a heavy saw blade that appears true and straight. Shows expected signs of use and very minor flaws. Some blade imperfections as seen in photos. Wood handle is in overall decent condition, no significant damage or cracks noted. Handle maybe a replacement as it has an extra (non-original hole) drilled in handle, but not through saw blade. Please see photos - I try and show the good, the bad, and the ugly!
Etching reads \"Henry Disston & Sons; Keystone Saw Works; Cast Steel Warranted; Patent Ground; Reg. U.S. Patent Off.\"This is a heavy, over-sized blade. Measures approx. 26.25\" long x 7.25\" wide at handle end and 2.5\" on narrow end.
