- x1 Enhanced Individual First Aid Kit Pouch Unrolling Insert is a great rig for both ground and vehicle-based operations, quick-reaction, open position defense or, patrols where engagement is expected. The split center design makes it incredibly easy/quick to remove/equip. This is a huge advantage when acting as both a mounted and dismounted force during the same operation, the option to quickly unclip the vest upon entering the vehicle is key under stress.

The 4 double mag pouches on the abdominal webbing mean a total of 8 spare magazines ready to keep you fed through the fight before you will need a resupply, the mag pouches use a Velcro based closure flap, they fit 2 5.56x30rnd P-mags or STANAGS each extremely well, the mag pouches can alternatively fit a single 762x51, 10 or 30rnd Mag each.

**the mag pouches will NOT fit 7.62 x 30rd AK mags, but they WILL fit 15rnd x 7.62 or, 5.45 series AK mags (up to 30rnd)**

There are two IFAK/General Purpose Box Pouches opposite each other on the hip portion of the vest. Each of the box pouches are 7” high, 5 1/2” long and 3” wide. The pouches utilize both a buckle and cinch strap Aswell as Velcro Closure. Each pouch has an internal loop that can be used to dummy cord contents. This makes them extremely advantageous for carrying an assortment of critical mission specific items. These pouches are big enough to fit a belt of 556 for the squad's automatic section, full size cleaning kits, spare clothing, snacks, you name it.

One of these box pouches will include an unrolling IFAK Insert than can be used to store medical or personal items, it's a cool bit of kit I like to I center these rigs around the Completely adjustable US Army MOLLE II FLC in part because they are widely available, but mainly because they truly are one of the best bases for a Lightweight Load Bearing Combat Vest. These carrier rigs have a matching set of internal mesh pockets and split center quick zip design. The vest uses a breathable Mesh upper therefore allowing maximum exertion with minimum fatigue.
