You are looking at an antique solid brass port hole. This port hole is a total of 20 1/2” in diameter. The glass is 16” in diameter. The window opens and closes. There are no cracks or breaks in the glass. There is some wear from age, such as patina in the brass, scuffs, chipped paint and the item may require further cleaning.
