This offering is for a circa 1900's hand stenciled painted wooden sign that reads "LIONS COFFEE". The wooden sign measures app. 17.5" long and 8.5" high and 7/8" thick. The sign features hand stenciled lettering in black on a yellow background. There are a few nail holes on the ends so it may have started life as a wooden crate but it's hard to say for sure. Also one end has a bevel cut on the back side but the other end does not. There are also two nail holes in the center for mounting. The nail holes on the ends show that they were square nails, the two in the center are later round nail holes. The condition is excellent with typical light wear, some minor paint losses, crazing and fading but no cracks, breaks or repairs. The buyer will pay a fixed amount of $ 20.00 for Standard Mail and we will include delivery confirmation, tracking, at no additional cost.
