I'm happy to offer this pair of late 18th, early19th century Battersea mirror supports or curtain tie backs. They depict a scene with two gents inspecting ancient ruins in a country village. This fine pair of supports is in great condition with vibrant color and a lively surface. They don't have the usual hairlines, dings etc. The posts are brass with their original hand cut steel screws. These are very rare pieces in fine condition.
