Pair of Antique Axe Heads One Stamped "LICKER" (DAMAGED READ DESCRIPTION) For Sale
Pair of Antique Axe Heads One Stamped "LICKER" (DAMAGED READ DESCRIPTION):
Pair of Antique Axe Heads. The single bit axe head is stamped LICKER on one side and has the Letter C stamped on the other side. It weighs right at 3 Lbs. I wasn't able to find another like it with my research, so I assume it's a fairly rare axe, but I always recommend doing your own research as well. It shows signs of age and previous use including pitting and corrosion. It seems solid enough to use, but it does have the 2 smal cracks coming from the eye seen in the photos.
The double bit was found buried in a field, and it is heavily rusted and pitted including a significant chip/chunk out of the bottom part of eye. It weighs 3.69 Lbs. These axe heads are being sold as is for parts or repair, or of course could be displayed in a rustic barn art setting.
You will receive exactly what is pictured. Thank you!
