Polartec Layer 1 Underwear Set (Shirt and Pants) This is a level 1 silkweight thermal set that was used in the US Military. The set includes a top and bottom. The thermals are lightweight and moisture wicking with a great dry time. The top has thumb holes on the sleeve cuffs for keeping your hands warmer and the pants have an elastic waist. These silks are a great base layer for any cold weather layering system and breath so that you don\'t overheat while staying warm.

ECWCS Level: Level 1 base layer is designed to be worn next to the skin and provides basic insulation and moisture wicking. This layer is highly breathable and is constructed with Polartec technology. Designed to wick away moisture, this layer is also highly breathable and the pieces dry very fast.
