RARE Pierre A Finck Signed JFK FDC Kennedy Assassination Bethesda Autopsy Doctor:
$74.99

This listing is for an EXTREMELY RARE 1964 John F. Kennedy commemorative first day of issue postal cover signed by Lt. Col. Pierre A. Finck, now deceased.

Pierre Antoine Finck (November 14, 1923 - February 17, 2018)

When President John F. Kennedy was assassinated on November 22, 1963 in Dallas, Texas, his body was taken to Bethesda Naval Hospital in Bethesda, Maryland, where his autopsy was conducted.

Lt. Col. Pierre A. Finck, along with Commander James J. Humes and Commander J. Thornton Boswell performed the autopsy on President Kennedy in the autopsy suite of Bethesda Naval Hospital on the evening of November 22, 1963.

Finck was interviewed by the Warren Commission where he testified that he believed Kennedy was "shot from the rear". He added "the bullet entered in the back of the head and went out on the right side of his skull." After further questioning from Arlen Specter, Finck claimed that Kennedy had been shot from behind and above. Finck, along with Humes and Boswell, signed the official autopsy report of President Kennedy.

AUTOGRAPHS OF ANY OF THE 3 MEN WHO PERFORMED THE AUTOPSY ON PRESIDENT KENNEDY ARE VERY SOUGHT AFTER BY JFK ASSASSINATION COLLECTORS. THEY KNOW JUST HOW INCREDIBLY RARE THEY ARE!

I HAVE ATTACHED TO THE LISTING, FOR REFERENCE ONLY, AN IMAGE OF FINCK, HUMES, AND BOSWELL TAKEN SHORTLY AFTER THE TIME OF THE JFK AUTOPSY. I HAVE ALSO ATTACHED, FOR REFERENCE ONLY, AN IMAGE OF THE ORIGINAL AUTOPSY REPORT, SIGNED AT THE CONCLUSION BY FINCK, HUMES, AND BOSWELL.
