Yes, this is absolutely spotless! No chips, cracks, rust, or any other blemishes! It was clearly taken good care of in a good home.These crystal lamps were produced by the Waterford Crystal Co. in Ireland in the early 70\'s. They are made of brass and heavy cut and polished crystal. That\'s why it weighs nearly 5 lbs.
