this STOPETTE deodorant applicator dates from 1954 or 1955 . The Stopette Cream swivel case was introduced in 1954 and in 1956 the Jules Montenier Inc. was sold to Helene Curtis. So that dates this to 1954 or \'55.Stopette was the invention of Jules Montenier. The \"Poof\" spray bottle if the more common applicator they used. Montenier was an early adopter of the use of plastics in his packaging. Stopette was a sponsor of the TV show \" What\'s My Line\" for most of the 1950\'s.
This swivel case packaging is kind of scarce and rarely shows up.excellent condition to this vintage Stopette applicator . please see photos
