It is new and never been used, re-sharpened or carried. It is 5 1/4 inches long (closed for folding knives) and weighs approximately 5.5 ounces. The blade material is VG-10 Stainless Steel with a Satin finish. The contoured handle is smooth Stainless Steel with an amofferextrous 4-position pocket clip. It comes with a Limited Lifetime Warranty.
