1994:Parfums Lagerfeld launches Sun Moon Stars in collaboration with ParfumsInternational Ltd.
Mid-1990s-1999: Parfums International Ltd. (Elizabeth Arden) produces Sun MoonStars.
2000 to Present: Ownership transferred to Coty Inc. and, later, to CotyPrestige in 2005.
2012: Licensing was ended with Coty-Prestige and awarded to Inter Parfums until 2032. Originally launched in 1994, Sun Moon Stars is classified as a floral-orientalscent and features top notes of peach, pineapple, water lily, freesia, rose, and bergamot; middlenotes of carnation, narcissus, heliotrope, orchid, orris root, orange blossom, jasmine,and lily-of-the-valley on a base of vanilla, sandalwood, amber, musk, and cedar.
