This magazine is in good condition with minor reasonable wear that would come with age and normal use; any signs of wear are commensurate with its age.This magazine did have a noticeable mildew smell due to the presence of mildew on the paper. To remediate this issue, the magazine was exposed in a controlled fashion to a temperature of 215 degrees Fahrenheit for 40 minutes, which is an efficient way to kill mildew spores without affecting the utility of the issue. While the magazine may still maintain, to lesser degrees, a musty smell unless it is "aired out", it is intact and perfectly readable. We recommend airing out the magazine to help eliminate any residual odor.
