All items appear virtually unused as far as the blades and tines show. The edges are fine and not marred. The 2 serving pieces are fine. The sharpener appears unused. There are 2 top buttons missing on the steak knives as shown. Other than that the set is remarkable especially considering the vintage age. The storage case shows wear (seen in photos) but is sound and it is wood with metal hinges and closures. The top inner tray holding knives and forks is sound but has one divider loose. Overall condition very nice and it should not disappoint. A nice etched artisan collection. Note: there are 8 forks, 7 steak knives, sharpener, serving fork and carving knife along with the case. One knife, cleaver and heavy cutter are missing. The cleaver and cutter may have not been purchased originally.
