Very unique ashtray crystal or blown glass square ashtray with .800 sterling silver. I believe sterling is .925 and this .800 is something that was used more often around 100 years back or so. I’m not sure on the exact age or even maker but it does have a makers mark and is also marked .800 silver. I just can’t make out the maker mark unfortunately. The silver might have come off and been reglued years back , I can see a little bit coming out from where it was applied. It may have been like this since new I’m not sure. This is also me being extremely picky due to the rarity and price. This is nothing that would sway me from purchasing this from either the collector or seller. It’s an amazing piece and I’ve never had any like it. They’re are a few bubbles inside the glass in a good way :) just a few reminders it’s a hand made quality piece. Either way this is part of my personal collection I’m kinda forced to pass on. I figured I can find someone to take care of it for me, if you can tell I’m glass nerd who also loves silver.
