Vintage Barteaux Vietnam era knife. It's kind of a machete style. The sheath is leather and was the original sheath it came with. I also think it's rarely if ever been used and has just been housed in the sheath for decades. The only thing to point out is there's a slight bit of discoloration but that's because it did sit in the sheath for so long.

These knives were made for Vietnam soldiers in Oregon back in the '60s. This is a really good example of this particular piece and it is a rare find.

It has an 11-in blade and is 17 in. In total. The leather sheath which it comes in is in good condition but there is one part where the leather got A couple of dings. It's very minor but I took a close-up.
