DESCRIPTION:

A vintage Murt De Cartier Lighter consisting of black enamel surrounded by gold tone framing and a gold toned bottom. The lighter is stamped “Murt De Cartier” on the bottom of the piece.

This Is sold in “as-is” condition, as described, and has not been filled with lighter fluid and tested. It does, however, create a spark when you turn the wheel on top, so I would assume this would work great once filled with lighter fluid.
