Not dated, could be 1920, or as early as 1900 based upon some references. BUT pretty sure about 1923, since one page features Nina Payne who danced there from 1922 to 24. Eugene Heros, who died in 1925, wrote the introduction. Softcover measuring about 9 1/4 inches by 12 1/4 inches with some folds, crease top corner of a few rear pages, and some fading as seen on the front cover. Black and white (a dark sepia) and color illustrations. Some fantastic French advertisements for amusements, dinner after the show.

and, some images get pretty risque for the time period near the rear of the programme
