Extremely fast shipping and exactly as described. I didn't open the can as I purchased this as a prop decoration because it closely resembles the can of purified drinking water in Fallout 3. When I received the the item, I shook it to see if the water was still in it. The way it felt is that it had gelled and is no longer water. Which is fine, because as I stated, I don't intend to open it. But what would you expect from water that is 70 years old?
