Pack was packed well and arrived fast. Its in pretty good condition with some signs of use like the stretched out elastic keepers for all the straps. There is a small tear in the top corner of the pocket where the back stiffener fits in but that does not make this pack inoperable. For the price I can't complain, this will get plenty of use from me.
