Item looks as described after I received the item I had it authenticated so I could then have it repaired by Louis Vuitton that item, unfortunately was dimmed not authentic no problem accidents happen. My only incident of concern was when I reached out to the seller to let them know seller was very rude to me very ugly to me, trying to intimidate me and tell me that I was a liar when I asked him to provide proof that the item was authentic he could not, then had to use eBay to refund item.
