The shirt remains in overall good looking condition with a few noted scattered areas that have extremely tiny moth holes and one .75” long moth damage hole located on the right sleeve near the armpit as is clearly depicted in the description photos. The shirt retains its original sewn tag that is located under the back collar-flap. Despite the noted scattered moth damage the uniform shirt remains in overall good condition especially for being well-over 100 years old. The dark blue wool flannel fabric retains the original deep color (almost looks black) and there are lose seams or stains. Any WWI U. S. Navy memorabilia collector and/or reenactment enthusiast would be pleased to add this vintage U. S. Navy undress uniform wool flannel uniform shirt to their militaria collection. Refer to all the description photos to confirm the condition of the uniform undress jumper and for more details about what I describe.”
