Neon sign arrived broken although it was packaged securely. Great communication with the seller. After a few messages back and forth, they sent me a new tube to replace the broken section which I had to install myself with little difficulty since they sent me instructions on replacing. Now it's lit up and looks great. They even customize the length of the cord for me. Very satisfied with the whole process in spite of the unfortunate breaking during shipping.

I love the neon miller fish tree sign!!! I measured the sign and it is 24 wide but only 15.5 inches tall, which includes the height of the metal frame. The listing said 20x24 so the seller offered a discount. thanks!!!

Good seller communications, the broken tube was sent out quickly once identified. Easy to fix yourself if you're vaguely handy.
