Buyer beware. Two plates arrived broken in a box where the plates had only one sheet of small bubble wrap around them. Seller had two identical plates still available in their store but refused to replace them, saying the post office had started breaking all their fragile shipments. Refunded the barest minimum for two plates and their shipping and didn’t even ask me what would have been a reasonable amount for refunding. I’d never met a seller who didn’t work to make things right until this one.

Buyer fails to mention that there was more wrap around all the plates. Each plate had a continuous wrap of bubble wrap around it and several feet more after all plates were covered. Buyer fails to mention that 16 pieces were shipped and all were wrapped the same. Buyer fails to mention the threat to leave this feed back if I did not send two mint versions of the broken pieces at my expense. Divided the cost by 16 and refund $ per piece. Typical KAREN Bully till you get what you want WRONG!!!!
