I waited weeks for this item as it sat at their shipping hub for days. And when it finally arrived it was a package from Amazon with a blank journal in it & a note saying ‘Glendale Heights sent this gift to you!’
EBay customer service has been absolutely useless & unhelpful. Generic answers & they want me to waste my time returning this cheap joke of a journal so they can refund me (which they act like it’s such a huge favour to me & I should be grateful about it). I will never use EBay again
