I ordered the item on 1/31/24. It is a bleeding cup -- a smaller item and the shipping charge was $18. It was supposed to arrive by 3/11. On 3/14 I notified the seller that the item had not yet arrived. They offered to send another -- and if first ordered item arrived I could keep both at no extra charge. I m pleased with the offer, and do hope the item arrives in a timely manner....If it does, I will certainly update my feedback.

I suggest that it is not very fair to spoil a sellers feedback due to lack of correspondence and correct handling of mail from USPS. Appropriate action has been taken and a report has been filed for mishandled package to USPS. Please, rest assured that you will receive a second substitution shipment for this one!
