Very positive experience with knowledgeable seller. Everything was well packed and perfectly survived overnight in state UPS ground shipping. Shipping is fairly priced. My shipment was 7 lbs in a large box. Seller kept me informed all along the way.
These are sensitive clocks and yet it worked as soon as I put it on the wall. Instructions were good, but I recommend the many videos for unpacking a cuckoo clock to get a visual.
