Pardon the late response, but my experience with this seller was excellent. The item arrived in great physical condition, neatly wrapped and on time. Sadly, the motherboard ended up being DOA, but the seller went above and beyond and issued a refund quickly. A shame I never got to use it, but nonetheless it was a wonderful experience dealing with this seller. Great buying experience, great customer service, prompt and great communication.
