Seller gave prompt feedback and item shipped quickly, however it being advertised as "new" was very misleading. Box had been opened, item was not shrinkwrapped inside, screen showed signs of use, and there was a small crack at the bottom near charging port (image included). Additionally, item's specifications in listing were misleading as the box and the system itself indicate the model is the 4 GB RAM model instead of the 6 GB RAM model originally offered (see images below).
