He stayed in contact with me with updates. When the book arrived the exterior package was damaged, crushing and oil soaked into the cardboard. The book was so well packaged it has absolutely no damage. Fantastic customer service and I am very happy with the order. I needed this key and it looks like a 9.6 as well. A+++
