I left the seller 3 messages total (the most recent was just a moment ago.
Black stuff was coming off on my fingers / hand /wrists.. after examining it further I saw 2 stones were cracked. These were packaged pretty good so I’m not sure if it happened during shipping or not. I’m giving a low rating because I can’t wear the bracelet and I never received any message back from the seller.

Hello, we answered wih photos that this is not scratches, but natural stone structure. Shungite is very soft stone, so it is normal if it leaves black marks. Fake shungite, obsidian and other stones that replace shungite do not leave traces, because they are harder! Some customers check authenticity of the stone this way.
We recommend not to wash polished items, because they will lost their shining.
Clear them with DRY cloth several times. Unpolished products can be washed.
