Many open units were worn, burnt and non functioning. Reported issue. Seller only offered refund of initial cost, no shipping. No apology/acknowledgment of mistake. When pressed, seller again would not offer return shipping, but this time a full refund; again pushing issue onto buyer. Low cost item, and a complete waste of my time and money to pay for the return and spend time to repackage/ship. Seller states his return policy is simple. Advice: Simpler to first disclose untested condition. F-

SELLERS BEWARE...Buyer stated some items didn't work, how can the seller varify that remark? Advised buyer to SEND the purchase back for full refund. Buyer did not because of the SUPER DEAL the buyer received. Wanted seller to give full refund and keep the items.

Seller should verify prior to listing. You did not. I sent pictures of the items clearly used and degraded. You failed and continue to fail to understand that I only wished you acknowledge that you didn't properly state that items were not verified or tested prior to listing, and shipping. Then you offer some half baked solution, that I should pay for the return. BUYERS BEWARE, this seller clearly does not get it. Customer service: F-.
