Beware of this dishonest seller. The item arrived with significant damage that wasn't listed in the description or shown in the pictures. When addressed, the seller refused to take responsibility and claimed it was normal wear. If this is indeed considered normal wear, why didn't he show it in the photo and try to conceal the defects? What a joke.

This is absolutely no significant wear and tear that is normal for a coat that is 35 years old. He purchased this item -90% less compared North Face used equipment, this was extensively communicated to him at time of purchase & with long protracted details to the buyer. The use of the Item was clearly described in the descriptions, and very clearly sold as is. He can not expect it to be the same as brand new. He knew&knows very fully it’s used parka, with a normal used NF Double baffled coat-

This is an outright lie. The original description was and is. IN FACT, the item IS and STILL a Clauss Product- all along. This buyer has no idea what he states, IN FACT, Clauss product is made in Taiwan, and also in China, and this was clearly STRONGLY stated in the description. Clauss Cutlery has not been produced in the USA since early 2000’s,& I was on the executive team in its acquisition at that time as a VP, Acme United Corporation which bought the firm. replacement just arrived today.
