I received the items quickly and I have rarely seen such attention to carefully packing the china. Despite the care one of the pieces was damaged. The seller paid for me to replace the damaged items by purchasing from another source and refunded the cost of replacement. The seller made what could have been a bad situation into a memorably positive one!!!
