The quality is alright. A high quality photo paper probably would not have had this ripped easily. As for the packaging I was very disappointed
You can write,stamp, tape, or print “Do Not Bend” all over an envelope but you can’t expect that be enough. Adding a clear page protector would help the packaging immensely.

We do add extra cardboarded protection on orders of 2 photos or more- but when USPS handles packages like this theres not much you can do to protect them. We do try our best to protect our photos. Our photo quality is the best and I think this is more of a question of how rough USPS handles packages- That being said, we have an extremely low amount of damaged packages. We ship out close to a thousand photos a month and may have 1 or 2 photos damaged. Please contact us for a replacement.
