Completely wrong item sent to me. I ordered the Calico Critters Polar Bear family for my daughter's birthday. I was sent Hot Wheels. There had been plenty of time for the item to arrive for the birthday party. Now the seller has put an OUT OF OFFICE until November 7, meaning I have to find this product elsewhere and still deal with getting a refund/exchange. Had this been able to be fixed upon receipt would be one thing, but now I have to wait 3 week. Unacceptable.
