While this Lladro is absolutely GORGEOUS, I reached out to seller to thank them for this piece, & to request care in packaging. Seller was COMPLETELY NON-RESPONSIVE. Yes, the piece was wrapped & packed well, & arrived safely, but to me, once again, COMMUNICATION IS KEY! A simple, "You're welcome," &, "I'll make sure to do my best," would have sufficed. But I do not appreciate being COMPLETELY IGNORED. As such, I am not sure I'd buy from this seller again.
