Bladder was missing integral part to keep water bite valve clean. Took too long to get this mistake corrected.

Buyer claimed item was missing external dust cap on the bite valve, demanded a refund without return, request denied, informed to return item for a full refund, buyer took over 3 weeks to ship the return, was refunded immediately upon reception of the item to our return department.
Additionally, your notes about missing integral parts are outright false, the dust cover is not Integral, and this kit is 100% functionable and useable as it is.

The seller got a little backed up on shipping, and I could see that it wasn't going to make it by the expected date, so I sent them a Karenesque message that could've easily illicited a negative response.
