The packaging was minimal, werewolf was broken off and top of the steeple, plus a chip on the top inner fencing area. Attempted to reach out to the seller with photos but no response for the last 5 days. Love the Lemax, customer service not so much. I understand these are fragile but a response would’ve been nice.
