Listing said “some are cloudy”, more than 1/2 of the snowglobes are yellowed or cloudy, & are not clear enough for gifting. Items were dirty.
Seller accepted my counter offer (S & H included) then seemed to become confused: wanting to charge additional $ for taxes & was unhappy about shipping charges.
Seller argued about my refund, when I was charged the full asking price; refund was short.
Seller did sent the items well packed & quickly, only 1 was broken.
