Shipping was quick. Item box was damaged, but luckily the figure was not damaged. However, the sword was missing which I'm pretty bummed about. Seller tried his best to resolve the issue by partially refunding and told me he will send the replacement sword if I buy another item, but I do not want to buy another item just to get the sword. Overall, their customer service was quick and great, but I do have an incomplete figure in my display...
