Plates arrived in good condition except for one plate that had one of the balls broken off. The seller had a photograph of this plate but I missed the fact that it was missing one ball. This damage was not noted in the description, which I feel was deceptive. I will keep the plates and live with the defect but saying the items are "used and may have some signs of wear" is not enough.
