- Here is a beautiful early pewter coffeepotor teapot
- Elegant lighthouse shape with stylish octagonal body on a circle base
- Nicely curved spout and ebonized wooden handle
- Wooden ebonized flower shaped lid finial
- It has a strainer at the spout openinginside
- Well marked: \"J. CUTTS,Sheffield\"
- Stamped also are the catalog number 2024, in addition to single digit4, which likely stands for a volume of 4 cups
- Circa 1870-1880\'s. Possibly early variation of the transition between George Cutts and George Cutts & Sons. It needs additionalresearch
- Weighs 1.8 lbs.
- Condition:Very Good overall.Please seephotos below. All original and unaltered.Great pewter patina developed over time. Wear commensuratewith age and use, a couple of slight indentures
