This letter signed by Louis XVI and with a countersignature to be identified, asks Laurent Truguet, Rear Admiral appointed July 1, 1792 and commander of the Naval Forces de la Méditerranée, to display the Pavilion of Louis XVI on the ship Le Tonnant.
