Stunning late 19th/ early 20th century French Sevres-Style gilt bronze porcelain table lamp featuring signed A. Vigrof(sp). The lamp features hand-painted gilt scrolls and roses surrounding two painted images in cartouche, one a courting scene of a man playing a flute in a wooded forest and the other a rural water landscape on cobalt blue ground, underside signed with Sevres mark. Lamp measures 22" high to highest point x approx 5 1/4" diameter x 4 7/8" at base. In Excellent working order with little to no losses to the porcelain, minor tarnishing to the bronze base and cap, in need of shade and harp, please see all photos. A fine addition to any home or collection!
